THERAPY SERVICES

therapist Layton

At the heart of our practice is a commitment to providing compassionate, effective care tailored to each individual’s unique journey. We specialize in using Lifespan Integration (LI), a powerful and gentle therapeutic  method designed to promote healing and resilience. Along with LI we utilize traditional "talk therapy" modalities such as CBT, ACT, and DBT, as well as mindfulness-based practices We find this combination of these techniques provide a powerful healing approach.

Our approach is particularly effective for addressing the deep impacts of Complex Trauma, PTSD, Medical Trauma, Grief and Loss, Attachment Trauma, Moral Injury and the many challenges that arise from these experiences.

Trauma often leaves a profound mark on various aspects of life, contributing to difficulties such as Depression, Anxiety Disorders, OCD, relationship struggles, and certain personality disorders. We understand how overwhelming these challenges can feel and recognize the courage it takes to seek support.

Using LI, we work to help clients reprocess and integrate painful past experiences in a safe and nurturing environment. This process fosters emotional regulation, strengthens self-identity, and promotes a sense of wholeness and peace.

We offer support and treatment for a variety of
